Companion Bird Club
of Charlotte County
A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
Welcome!
The Companion Bird Club of Charlotte County extends an invitation to everyone interested in parrot care and behavior to join us at our next meeting. We welcome all companion bird owners and breeders to come together in a sharing of experience and knowledge.
New members and the public are always warmly welcomed. You need not own a bird to join the club and gaining knowledge from our meetings, speaking to our various bird-owners and breeders, is recommended before buying or adopting a first bird.
The Companion Bird Club of Charlotte County was formed and is chartered in the State of Florida. It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit non-political organization.
The purpose of the Club is to further the science of aviculture and to help insure the preservation of caged birds in the USA.
The club encourages both pet and captive breeding programs. It exists to help prevent the endangerment of birds, extinction of birds, to encourage research and educational programs, and aid in behavioral modifications for birds.
